Collective Futures is a 'work in progress' which begins with the poem 'Gujarat', a prophetic vision given to me early in 2000 and published in The Hindu newspaper in March of 2000.

These presented works are drawn solely from visions and dreams Ive received except where noted. The dates of all the works are given for a reason. If you follow the evolutionary and involutionary growth of the project, it shows a genuine understanding of the new reality that fast approaches all who are ready. Copyrights are duly noted where needed; and we appreciate your visiting those sites that have supported our works thru the years. These include many crop circle researchers and others that have offered their wisdom and help to bring TRUTH to the world....that WE are the ones we have been waiting for; (copyrighted in 2000 but now a part of the present day Hopi prophecies go figure) and that WE are the ones co-creating the so-called 'Crop Circles' that we call 'Signatures' as that is truly what they are; signatures of Applied Creationary Forces (see our Crop Circle pages and www.kumaras.org/ ). After HUNDREDS of experiments, we have unearthed many of the secrets behind this phenomena. For one, it is world-wide PHYSICAL PHENOMENA which occurs THRU the Human Consciousness because WE_ARE_THE_ANCHORS INTO_THE_PHYSICAL_PLANE! Yes, we follow physics laws even with this phenomena, and have even done repeat signatures of basic elements.

Rev. Vanessa Fry has been a student of the Masters all her life. A number of years back, Rev. Vanessa Fry named the Ascended Masters 'The Kumaras' in reverance to Sanat Kumara, Melchizedek, and our Beloved Lord Jesus (Enki) and our Beloved Lord Babaji (Enlil) as they pertain to the Planetary Logos and our own Planetary/Collective Ascension. The Kumara Center owns BROAD rights to this name, and asks that each of you respect this

for the sake of the Kumaras themselves; as it was

their instructions to protect these names in the first

place, and with good reason.

I know it may seem great to use another's works and in

ways, it could be construed as the highest of compliments;

but if you do not obtain permission to use these copyrighted and trademarked terms and/or words, you do NOT have the right to use them on your site! I do not plageurize; and we take as great care as we can with the appropriate searches both online and via TEAS so that we do not step on another's intellectual property. This is a RIGHT we paid for YEARS ago; please respect it.

On the other hand, IF you can give us the SIGN OF THE KUMARAS that show they have personally sanctioned your works, then we will gladly accept this as proof of your permission to use our registered copyrights and servicemarks. Until then...please be artistic and use your own. I dont mean to sound strict, but in the last year we have comeacrossa number of NEW sites beginning to use our specific terminology without permission being sought first. The Kumaras call it 'sabotage'...

IF you run across a site that is using such terminology and they dont mention us or credit us, (The Kumara Center and the Kumaras www.kumaras.org or Reverend Vanessa Kay Kipp (Fry) they are a rogue site that is outright plageurizing our works which is not only illegal, but very disrespectful. Would you believe what someone like that had to say to you??

Please do us a favor and boycott them.

Respect is as respect does.

I am an artist; I dont plageurize, and neither should anyone else. If this current trend doesnt stop, we will begin to list the sites that are plageurizing us in which we have literally asked for a Cease and Desist and they have refused.

The problem is those that do so without permission take our works straight into disinformation and are NOT to be trusted. If they dont have their own connection to the Ascended Masters, that is not our fault and we should not be penalized for that lack of spirituality in their lives. Since what you focus upon is what shall manifest for you once time fully converges, this becomes a matter of steep responsibility. Please becareful..'we have PROOF where others do not (see the pages on our Crop Circle Signatures) and altho we will not say we have all the answers, we will attest to having perhaps a great number of the most advanced, up to date informationals across the planet today.

Vanessa Kay Kipp (Fry) was born in CA but moved to Alaska when she was only seven months old and has resided there ever since. The pristine land and the native cultures are spiritual draws not to be dismissed. The energy of Alaska contains HEART as is documented by Dr. Masaru Emoto's works and water from Alaska, and the moving of the Spiritual Energies to Alaska by the Dalai Lama several years ago.
